Who runs Compare Letting Agents

Hi, I'm Tom. I'm based in the North East.

When I went through this myself, I found out how much of a pain it is to compare letting agents. Dozens of fee pages and PDFs, each laid out differently, some with VAT and some without, and extras tucked away at the bottom.

So I've made it easy for the next person. This is a simple guide to what letting agents charge across the North East, area by area. I've read every agent's own fee page, put the figures side by side and added them up into one first year cost. Every number links back to where it came from, with the date it was checked.
